3. Pricing, Taxes & Resale Certificates

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.

Michigan sales tax or other applicable taxes may apply unless a valid resale certificate is provided and approved.

You are responsible for collecting and paying any taxes required in your selling jurisdiction.

4. Payments

We accept approved payment methods shown at checkout.

Orders may be held, canceled, or refunded if:

• wholesale verification is incomplete (if required)

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier acceptance unless otherwise required by law.

6. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• providing correct shipping address
• verifying your order details before completing checkout
• ensuring products comply with marketplace and platform rules (Amazon/eBay/TikTok Shop, etc.)

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• interfere with Site security
• attempt unauthorized access

• submit false information

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree disputes will be handled in courts located in Michigan, unless otherwise required by law.
